after open it you must choose you phone model
then tip you phone IMEI (Press *#06# at your phone keyboard)
and choose your Network .
then clic " get nokia unlock codes "
then you must like the facebook page of the website service to get the unlock code .
after having the unlock code . reject the sim card of your phone and turn on it .
then you will have the message " insert sim card " and tip this code #pw+**********+1# by remplacing "**********" by the unlock code that you get it from the website service .
N.B. : to tip " P " or " W " just clic " * " button 3 or 4 times .
and know your phone is unlocked :)
